Californian White Sage Smudge Stick

This sacred herb has been used by Native Americans since time immemorial  in healing and purification rituals. It is different from the common sage that we use in cooking.

Light it up to cleanse your space, emotions, or belongings. The soothing scent of the smudge stick invokes calmness, peace, and harmony.

How to use

1. Ignite the smudge stick until smoke appears with a match or lighter.
2. Move the object that you want to purify through the smoke while setting your intentions. 
3. To purify and cleanse your space, first open all doors and windows to encourage air circulation. Next, walk around your space holding a small bowl (an abalone shell is best) with the ignited smudge stick in one hand and with the other hand, wave & encourage the smoke to spread around the space while setting your intentions.
4. Once finished, safely extinguish the lit end by running the smudge stick under gently cascading water from a tap. Leave it alone to dry before reusing.
