RETURN & REFUND POLICY 

We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective. If you receive a defective item, please contact us at ask.levilola@gmail.com with details of the product and the defect. 

Upon receipt of your email, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time whether you are entitled to a refund as a result of the defect. If you are entitled to a refund, we will refund the purchase price, using the original method of payment.

DAMAGED ITEMS

When your order arrives, please inspect the carton for any damage that may have occurred during shipment. It is normal for the shipping carton to show some wear, however, if damage occurred to the item(s) in your shipment, please contact us immediately at ask.levilola@gmail.com

Please provide the order number along with your email address and phone number for fastest service. To assure prompt resolution, please retain digital pictures of the shipping box, packing materials and the damaged items for inspection by Levi Lola.
