Why does Levi Lola offer raw stones?

It is our belief that raw, unpolished stones and crystals have experienced less trauma after they were obtained from Earth. We believe that being raw and unpolished, these precious stones and crystals are able to vibrate at their most natural and suitable frequencies. Also, we just absolutely adore the aesthetics of a natural stone.

Where are your crystals and precious stones from?

We get our precious stones and crystals from our trusted suppliers. If you would like to know more about a specific precious stone or crystal please feel free to ask us at ask.levilola@gmail.com

Why don’t my precious stones/crystals look like the pictures on your website?

Our raw stones are natural and have not been polished (unless otherwise stated) hence the variation in size and appearance. We will always endeavour to send you our best stones/crystals, however please expect differences in texture, size, inclusion and colour.

Can you gift crystals to other people?

Absolutely! In fact, we believe that crystals make superior gifts as they are both thoughtful and everlasting. Every Connection Kit carries a guide card containing descriptions and how-tos, enabling even the complete crystal novice to experience the wonderful world of raw crystals. That they are beautiful to look at is just the icing on the cake.

Connection Kits

What is a Connection Kit?

Our Connection Kits contain specially curated crystals and precious stones that can aid and guide you in achieving your authentic self (hence, better self) and manifest your desires. They are named as such as we believe in making connections - within ourselves, with others, with our goals, with nature and with the Universe. Essentially created for helping you to cross the bridge from intentions to their manifestations; you may know what you need to do or what you desire in life, but you may need a little push in making it happen. That’s where our Connection Kit comes into the picture – to give you or your loved ones that proverbial nudge.

What do I do with a Connection Kit? 

Soon after receiving your connection kit, begin by reading the description of each stone/crystal provided in the enclosed guide card. Understand which crystal will help with which aspect of your intention. With your newfound knowledge, begin by programming the crystals with your intentions or affirmations. One at a time, hold a stone in your hand or with both hands, close your eyes, take three deep breaths and say aloud or in your head your intention or affirmations. For example, you may say something that resonates deeply with you, such as, “I allow myself to be productive at work today”, “I am strong, happy and joyful”, “Everyday I am healthier in every way”, “The Universe will reward me with deep insights”, or simply, “I will achieve this goal”. Complete your ritual by saying “Thank you” three times.

Where do I place my Connection Kit?

Our connection kits are designed to be portable so you can carry them everywhere with you. Each connection kit fits beautifully in any bag or pocket, or you may consider having it somewhere that you spend a lot of time at,
such as your desk, bedside or your car. You may also leave them out on the pouch's soft material if it's a desk or bedside.  Remember to allow yourself easy access to your connection kit.

How do I care for my crystals?

Cleansing and Charging

When do I cleanse my precious stones/crystals?

Listen to your gut. There's no such thing as too much cleansing for crystals. If you've been through a particularly challenging period, feel free to give your crystals a cleanse to freshen them up and keep them vibrating at their most optimal. You may also cleanse your crystals after they have been touched by curious admirers. Also, although we cleanse all our crystals before sending them to you, it's always a good idea to cleanse them again before usage, just to remove any energy they may have picked up while on the journey to you.

How do I cleanse my precious stones/crystals?

You may run your precious stone/crystal under clean cascading water or water tap for several minutes while imbuing it with your thoughts and intentions. You can also give them a moon bath or a sun bath by leaving them out for several hours to several days where it can get direct sun or moonlight (this method of cleansing not only cleanses but also charges the crystals). If you have a Tibetan singing bowl, a sound bath will help cleanse them off negative energies. All said, our favourite way of cleansing is smudging them with our Californian White Sage.

How do I charge my precious stones/crystals?

All you need is ample sunlight or moonlight. Leave your precious stones/crystals in a safe place for several hours to several days where it can get direct sun or moonlight. Either light will fill your crystals with positive energy.

Must I charge my precious stones/crystals?

The truth is, it's not a must. Some believe that crystals lose energy or the ability to vibrate over prolonged usage (not unlike a battery) so the charging is believed to keep them vibrating at their most optimal. However, there are also those who believe that crystals are tapped into an infinite energy so they don’t need charging. Our motto is: You do you.

Shipping and Returns

Do you ship to other countries?

Yes, we do. However, we are unable to provide free shipping for overseas purchase. You will be able to see the cost of shipping to your country before the final checkout page. Delivery within Malaysia is free unless stated. For more information, go to Shipping and Delivery.

Do you provide refunds or returns?

We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective. If you receive a defective item, please contact us at ask.levilola@gmail.com with details of the product and the defect. Upon receipt of your email, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time whether you are entitled to a refund as a result of the defect. If you are entitled to a refund, we will refund the purchase price, using the original method of payment. Please provide the order number along with your email address and phone number for fastest service. To assure prompt resolution, please retain digital pictures of the shipping box, packing materials and the damaged items for inspection by Levi Lola.
